As our products are made to order using a third-party print on demand fulfilment service, each item is produced specifically once an order is placed. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.


1. Made to Order Items

All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not generally accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong colour

  • Accidental purchases

  • Delays caused by courier services outside our control

Please check all sizing, product details, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly printed

  • Different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund

  • Store credit

  • Another suitable resolution


3. Non-Delivery or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

Where an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with our fulfilment partner to arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.


4. Personalised or Custom Products

Any personalised, customised, or made-to-specification items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.


5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 working days after approval for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve matters quickly and fairly before any payment disputes are raised.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or unfit goods.
